TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
To block the date a required reservation fee of Php3,000 is strictly non-refundable you may wish to cancel your booking.
70% Down payment upon signing of contract or paid atleast 3weeks before the event
30% Full payment on the day after the event program.
For bookings less than 100Pax "below minimum charge" of Php1,500.00 is applicable.
Minimum of Php 1,500 Transportation Fee shall be charged for venues located outside Quezon City (Fees varies on distance).
Additional "out of town fees" shall be charged for out of town venues including South Areas (weekdays acceptance only)
Any Subdivision fee and/or CATERER’S BOND should be shouldered by the client, the caterer shall hold no responsibility in this regard.
Any Parking fees and/or Entrance fees or any venue related fees shall be shouldered by the client and shall be added to the bill.
Any losses, breakage, damages to the caterers equipment and property, certain fees will be charge to the client's bill.
Service of our crew are up to four (4) hours only, Overtime Fee of Php50.00 per hour per crew including the driver shall be added to your bill.
Additional P50.00/floor per/crew if the event is held in a building w/out service elevator or if the loading area is 50meters away from the venue.
Lechon Corkage of P500.00 per piece is applicable (fee to be given to our waiters as token)
10% of the total contract price will be charged upon cancellation made 1week after paying the reservation fee.
20% of the total contract price will be charged upon cancellation made 2weeks before the event date
50% of the total contract price will be charged if cancellation is made 3days before the event date
100% of the total contract price will be charged if cancelled on the day of the event date or less than 2days from the event date.
